The researcher or institution shall bear full legal, material, financial and intellectual liabilities for the content of their research paper, worksheet, projects and initiatives submitted to the International Conference on Translation. The Conference or any related party thereto has no legal, material, financial, intellectual liability for the research submitted by the researcher nor the property thereof.

1. The conference gives the opportunity for researchers and institutions to present their work in their own way to facilitate the discussion thereof by researchers and Conference participants.
2. The conference is entitled to publish the research papers in the conference book in any paper or electronic form.
3. The conference is entitled to publish the research papers in any and all specialized books if the need arises, and to market and sell them in order to make profits.
4. In the event of an absence, the Conference cancels the research paper of the absent candidate at the end of the session. Said research paper shall not be deemed submitted to conference even if it was printed or published in the Conference agenda.
