• Information on the Institutional Membership

• The official membership is exclusively granted for departments, institutes and colleges.
• The (member) department, institute or college is represented by its president.
• The former head of the (member) department, college or institute is entitled, based on their role in supporting the relationship between its institution and the Conference, to obtain the membership of the Conference, provided that he/she notifies in writing the General Secretariat of the Conference of the end of their term and the identification of the new head. The former head has also the right to participate in the committees, activities and discussion of resolutions without having the right to vote.
• The membership is valid according to the criteria and standards stipulated in the Articles of Association.
